What this part is about

The nine centers are the landscape of your chart: they show where your energy works consistently and where you take in and amplify the energy of other people. The part starts with the overview: how seven chakras became nine centers and how they group into awareness centers, identity, will and instinct, and energy and pressure.

Then it goes through the nine centers one by one: Head and Ajna (inspiration, thinking, certainty), Throat (expression and manifestation), G Center (identity, direction, love), Heart (will and self-worth), Spleen (intuition and presence), Sacral (life force and response), Solar Plexus (emotions in waves) and Root (pressure and drive). For each center you will hear how it works when defined and when open.

The center being discussed lights up in gold in the bodygraph. With your own chart next to you, you will see right away which of your centers are defined and which are open.
