Questions & answers

What is akarion Plus?

akarion Plus is the subscription for everything on akarion.de, for you and your people: unlimited charts and all the reports that go with them, all eight video lessons (in German), the complete audiobook, and personal transits with timeline and weekly e-mail. It costs 4,90 € a month or 39 € a year — the yearly plan gives you two months free. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the period.

Do I need an account?

Not for calculating: the calculator, short reading, knowledge articles and weekly transits all work without signing up. You only need a free account if you want to save charts — your e-mail address is enough, there is no password. With your first purchase your account is created automatically, using the e-mail address you enter at checkout.

Can I create charts and reports for other people?

Yes. With akarion Plus, without limit: charts and the detailed reports for your partner, family and friends are included — meant for private use within your own circle. Without Plus, each report costs a one-time 19,90 €, whoever it is for; calculating the charts themselves is always free.

What happens if I cancel?

Everything stays unlocked until the end of the paid period. After that you see the free content again, and the preview for reports. Anything you saved as a PDF stays with you; reports you bought individually remain readable for good. You can cancel in My Charts or via “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page.

How do I pay?

Through Stripe, for example by card; the payment form shows you which methods are available. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe — we never see or store them. Reports and Plus are digital content that is available immediately: before paying, you therefore confirm that your right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins. Details in the withdrawal policy and the terms.

Why do I see different prices than someone else?

Because prices follow purchasing power in each country. There are three price levels; which one applies to you depends on the country you visit from. That way akarion stays affordable everywhere. The page always shows you the prices of your level — and that is exactly what you pay.
