What This Channel Connects

In the system, the Spleen Center stands for the oldest form of perception: the instinct that grasps in a flash what is right now. Gate 57 is considered the finest sensory organ of the chart — an inner ear for undertones. Through Gate 20, this quiet perception is connected to the Throat and thus becomes speakable. The result is an awareness that works entirely in the now: not analysis of the past, not worry about the future, but a clear grasp of the present moment that can communicate itself instantly.

People with a defined Channel 20–57 often surprise those around them with remarks that hit the core of a matter before anyone has finished analyzing the situation.
